Back in April 2026, we announced our brand new Embedded Linux Security training course, prepared by Bootlin engineers Olivier Benjamin and Mathieu Dubois-Briand.
We are happy to be sharing a number of updates regarding this training: feedback from the first sessions, availability of complete training materials, and new public sessions being available end of 2026.
First sessions

Training materials
After our first two successful sessions, we polished the training materials, and published them, under an open-source license, like all our other training materials. They are available from the Embedded Linux Security training page:
Also, the full source code of the training materials is available in our Github repository.
Public sessions in 2026
We had already scheduled multiple public sessions of this new training course, but they ended being full very quickly: our 5 public sessions in June, July, September and October are all full. So we have opened 2 new sessions in November and December:
- November 30 to December 4 from 1 PM to 5 PM UTC+1, taught by Olivier Benjamin. Register online now to book your seat.
- December 7 to December 11 from 2 PM to 6 PM UTC+1, taught by Mathieu Dubois-Briand. Register online now to book your seat.
Each session can host a maximum of 12 participants, and they are likely to be full soon. If you are interested, we recommend that you book your seat soon!
