Moreover, you lose focus on what he is really doing because you are trying to do your own lab and deal with the problems that come up.1Having hours at the afternoon to complete the practical demos is not the best option because usually you have to "recover" the 4 hours of work from the morning. Therefore, it implies that after your 8, 9 or 10 hours of "usual" work, you have to continue working with the labs, with your mind out of service.5

The first problem is the aspect ratio coming from the record of the screen + face cam was not the "standard one" (or at least was not working on all the client screens) and the borders of your screen were hidden. Secondly, the resolution was too poor, and sometimes it was hard to follow the command line and so on.
