Pros:
I liked the times when the instructor said "in my experience" and gave a clear recommendation on what has gone right and wrong in his real work.

Improvement:
Avoid too much slide per shot. blend more labs with the slides. It is also a good idea the instructor solves the lab on the projector and show everybody the best way do it.

Also gave nice behind-the-scenes explanation of the linux community, and acting as a guide to the kernel and looking into the code on the projector was very interesting.
